So... we made on offer on a house today. The only picture I have of it is the one from the listing on the internet and I know everyone will wonder what we're thinking because it doesn't really look like anything special from the front, but the inside is awesome. It's been totally remodeled... the kitchen was completely redone... new cabinets, new appliances... all the bathrooms have been redone. It's 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, it has a living room and a family room, a small office, and a huge backyard that's totally landscaped complete with a playset. It's currently being sold as a short sale by the bank that holds the mortgage, and we know the bank has two other offers, but the bank can consider whichever offer it wants in whatever order it wants, so we're hoping we look better than the other offers. We may not know for a few days because the bank will also take its merry time deciding which offer to take, so we'll keep you posted. It's not too far from where we live now in a really good neighborhood, so we're keeping our fingers crossed.
