We finally are under contract to purchase a home!!! Our realtor called us last week and said there was a forclosure that we really needed to see out in the same subdivision as the last house we made an offer on. The floor plan is very similar, but everything in this house was just more finished and a little nicer. It has three bedrooms and two baths on the main floor along with the eat-in kitchen and living room. There is a huge bonus room above the three car garage, and it sits on a .5 acre lot. The garage is completely finished... drywalled and painted. This home also has solar panals and a tankless water heating system which will both probably save a little money on utilities. The front is landscaped, but the back is not... no fence or anything yet. We made the offer last week, and heard from the bank today that our offer had been accepted. We went right over to visit with our mortgage lady, who is so great by the way... and she said she can have us closed in two weeks! We're super excited... we'll be so glad to not be renting anymore. Woo Hoo!!!
