Okay, I'm not sure why most of the pictures are tiny, but hopefully you can see them. This is our fourth house offer in about six months. It's another short sale. It's about 4 or 5 miles to the west of where we live now in a subdivision called Westview Estates. It's just under 2000 square feet. It's 3 bed, 2 bath with a huge bonus room over the garage. It's brand new. It doesn't look like anyone has ever lived in it. It sits on an unlandscaped 1/2 acre corner lot which is a ton of room. The home owner approved our offer yesterday which means it now goes to the bank that holds the mortgage. The nice thing this time is we know we're not competing with any other offers so we're cautiously optomistic that it's going to work out... we hope so anyway.
